From La Mano Coffee Bar via Old Takoma Business Association:
“After 5 years, I am sad to announce that I will be moving on from la mano on March 5th, 2018. Over coming weeks, my staff and I want to thank all of you in person, see our favorite people, and give you a chance to stock up on your favorites. Keep an eye out for specials and sales throughout the month.
While uncertain, there may be upcoming news on a possible new future for la mano that we will share. Otherwise the business will close with my departure. (more…)

“I’ve sent an email to Wawa about their oversight of the DC store in their free coffee promotion for all mid-Atlantic stores (MD and VA are included!)”

And a few hours later:
“I have heard back and Wawa has corrected this issue! Their response is below:
Have no fear… DC is definitely included in the free coffee celebration on Sunday! It was a mistake leaving it out of the release and I’ve updated and replaced it. thank you for reaching out and enjoy the big game!”

So props to Danielle, and props to Wawa for the quick fix!!
