“Quatorze (meaning 14 in French) is a 13-year-old mutt from Guinea, now residing in Park View. Together she and I (April) celebrate our birthdays together on April 14 as she appeared to me 13 years ago on my bday, a lost pup in the middle of nowhere.

She just got her hair done for her bday from the awesome local grooming service Sniffs and Wiggles. Took dog years off her!”

“6 Community Cats Need Our Help

There are six community cats currently living in Shepherd Alley where the new Marriott project will be built, and the old buildings where they live are about to be demolished. So these elderly, semi-friendly cats are in imminent danger and need to find safe outdoor homes. Do you or anyone you know have a garage, shed, and/or outdoor space where a couple of cats could safely live? These cats have been well cared for by members of the community for many years, and some are quite elderly. They will be good company for you, and provide pest control in exchange for shelter, food and water. (more…)
