“Gracie is a 7-year old sweet mess of a girl adopted from the Humane Rescue Alliance in August of 2022. She was sadly neglected and is allergic to so many things, including humans, that she came to us missing large swaths of fur. She now lives in Hilleast, eats a carefully curated diet, and goes for regular trips to the beauty salon. Today’s look reflects Gracie’s sweet but bad-ass nature. But if you’ve got severe allergies, even a bad ass has to go hypoallergenic. Hence, the teal in Gracie’s mohawk is thanks to food dye purchased from Hill’s Kitchen. Let’s just say Gracie prefers to shop local.”

“Dear PoPville,

The email below is from an HVAC servicer for my condo building on U Street NW. This company is not the first contractor to experience crime while working in our building and also is not the first one to stop providing service to us.

Our street is constantly covered in broken windshield glass, and the police, as usual, are MIA.” (more…)
