From a press release:
“HFStival RETURNS TO D.C. AFTER 13 YEARS
I.M.P. AND NATIONALS PARK PRESENT THE HFStival SATURDAY, SEPT. 21
LOTTERY FOR TICKETS TO THE LEGENDARY FESTIVAL BEGINS NOW THROUGH JUNE 16
In 2005, D.C.’s first and longest-running progressive rock station moved from its place on the dial. While it was missed after its fade-out from terrestrial radio relevance, what left the greatest void was its most famous creation…the HFStival.

The Washington Nationals and I.M.P. are reviving HFStival to cater to the recent explosion of acts from that era. (more…)

From AlertDC:
“Residents in Northeast DC, near the PG County line, may smell an odor outside resembling gas that is coming from a junkyard conducting a metal burning process. There is no emergency. Please only call 911 if you believe you are experiencing an emergency.”
Did anyone smell it yesterday/last night/this morning?
