We’ve had a condo board transition at my building, and have discovered that our condo association has apparently never filed taxes. A quick internet search tells me that this is a common mistake – people assume they don’t have to but in fact we do. We have no idea how to go about doing things with back years and all that, so we’re looking for a CPA/accountant who has experience with condo associations in the DMV area. Thanks!”

“The Metropolitan Police Department’s Carjacking Task Force, in partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Washington Field Office, announce two arrests have been made in an armed kidnapping that occurred in Northeast.
On Saturday, May 10, 2025, at approximately 4:28 a.m., the victim was approached by two suspects in the 200 block of K Street, Northeast. The suspects assaulted and forced the victim into a vehicle.
