Thanks to Wendy for sending us this truly, truly terrible news: “Neopol in Union Market is closing down after today. I’m devastated! Wishing the best for them for sure. Such a loss for the neighborhood.”
A call to the stall confirms today is indeed their last day in DC. They’ll be open till 6pm if you want last taste (in DC.)
In my opinion
Neopol was the absolute best food option within Union Market proper. I feel like I’ve been hit with a sledgehammer.
Salmon BLT I will miss you more than you can possible know. Thanks for the memories.
