Thanks to Maya for sending:

“A new restaurant called Ambrosia is open in the Tony Cheng‘s space.

The lady standing outside the door this afternoon with menus said it opened last week. It’s Vietnamese food (pho and other dishes). Haven’t tried it yet – hope it’s good and they manage to survive!”

Ed. Note: Unclear if Tony Cheng’s has completely closed (phone wasn’t answered when I called but their website is still up) or if Ambrosia is just colocated at the space. Either way, Ambrosia sounds great:

“Born of generations of Vietnamese kitchens, each recipe honours tradition while embracing the artistry of the modern plate. We source with care, cook with intention, and serve with heart.

That is the whole of it. No shortcuts we would not take at home, and nothing on the plate that has not earned its place.”

Opening hours

Mon – Thu: 10:00 am – 1:00 am
Fri – Sun: 10:00 am – 2:00 am
