Thanks to Noa for sending: “Work being done at old 7-11. Worker told me it’s a burger place. He said “Smash something” he said there will be two burger places but this one is better. It’s across from shake shack (ed. note: opened here in March, 2017).”
Is there room for two burger spots at this, admittedly busy, corner?
When I chatted with some workers they said they weren’t sure what was coming. Looks like the space could still be for lease:
