13th and Delafield Place, NW
“Dear PoPville,
In 14 st heights there is a large electronic road sign that looks like it might fall on someone.
Sign is at the NE intersection of 13th and Delafield Pl NW (near the triangle park.) It has no wheels, and the little spindly supports are buckling.
I called 311 and Capitol Paving of DC Inc about a month ago but they have done nothing. I have also repeatedly moved the caution tape and barrels to block people from walking in the fall zone, but these just get moved back.
I don’t want this thing to fall and injure someone.”
