“Dear PoPville,
Massive police presence Friday night around 10-11pm at 13th and O following a knife attack. Man was chasing people with a knife. Someone said it was actually a machete.
Probably 10 police cars and 2 ambulances.
In the past, I’ve heard people in Logan Circle joking about “machete man,” who goes around with a machete harassing people.
Given the proximity, I wonder if it was the same guy.
Scary times!”
