“Dear PoPville,
(Sunday) morning as I drove over to the Giant on O St there was a plentiful amount of terrible driving happening. Drivers blocking one way roads, blocking bike lanes, driving down the middle of the road. The cherry on top was pulling into the parking garage and finding this.
This driver took up not only two spots, but their rear end is sticking out impeding the flow of traffic behind them.
