I saw the attached flyers in front of the 1600 block of 15th St, NW right below their little library. No idea what property they are discussing, but if there is an illegal rooming house,
it is of concern to neighbours.
I have seen an uptick in people on drugs in the area, and they always seem to be new faces. A lot of grifters as well who turn up at gay bars trying to get money and drinks from other people who then vanish only to be replaced by someone else doing the same thing.”
