For the second night in a row the master breaker box on the outside of my small condo building has been switched off by someone walking by resulting in a total power outage in my unit.
I am away for the holiday but have a sensor that alerts me to outages and luckily my neighbor (whose breaker they seemingly can’t reach) has been able to flip it back on for me and we are getting locks put on the master breaker.
I see on Pepco that a few “outages” have been reported in my neighborhood this evening so I wanted to alert others of this seemingly new prank.
We know for sure it’s been done to our neighbors across the street as well.”
