Does anyone know why the city is putting in these lights that are impossible to see in sunlight? They seem to be appearing more and more despite this (massive) problem.”
“16th and Irving (below), but I’ve seen them around the city. There’s a particularly nasty intersection in Georgetown where cars are clearly confused, but I don’t remember the cross streets.”
