I have never seen anything like this. My girlfriend found what seems to be a booster pack for a card game called “Eels of Mt Pleasant”.
Any idea what this is all about? She was perusing a local free tiny library on Newton and 19th and found inside. No identifying marks or social media on the packaging. Any help would be appreciated!”
