“Tabard Inn is having our first ever collaboration dinner with Catoctin Creek, a distillery from Virginia. It’ll be a four-course dinner at the Tabard with cocktail pairings
with everything (tax, tip) included for $114. Our chefs will also be cooking with Catoctin’s spirits, for example, the Panzanella Salad course has tomatoes, cucumbers and rye brown butter croutons. The cocktails will feature Catoctin’s gin, whiskey and brandy.
