“We’ve seen the months of desperation re: funding for Metro, but to drop the fare changes with little to no notice & no FAQs (incl. examples of station to station increases) is almost just as bad as cutting the circulator
One other point: The red line closure outreach/comms started in February w/a closure date of June 1. Plenty of lead time there! The fare increase comms? *4* days of lead time. Tremendously inconsistent comms strategy”
