Came across this gem today at 8th St NE and C St NE. A zipcar, parked in a zipcar space, has been booted. Only two tickets showing for it in the system are for having an expired inspection and, hilariously,

a ticket for “no parking anytime” on the block where it is parked which probably means in the same spot it is in now as those have no parking anytime signs (except, of course, FOR zipcars).

Meanwhile there’s an abandoned truck a few blocks away with expired tags and two flat tires but that one’s got no tickets (already reported to 311!).”
