1301 U Street NW
Back in June we learned that Poppin Mess Champagne & Dessert Bar was coming to U Street in the former Bin 1301 space (anyone remember the Mocha Hut?)
The placard now says:
“The Establishment will be a Class C Manufacturer serving various desserts and champagne with
Onsite Sales and Consumption and a Tasting Permit endorsement. Entertainment Endorsement with Live Music, Dancing, and Cover Charge inside of the premises only. The Total Occupancy Load is 54 to include a Summer Garden with a Total Occupancy Load of 6 and an indoor capacity of 48. Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement.”
