“Do you know if Emissary in Dupont Circle is scaling down operations? Not counting the kitchen, it’s gone from
someone working the cashier, a barista, and 4-5 servers to a barista working the cashier and maybe 1-2 servers? If it did scale down, it happened around Labor Day. It’d be a shame if that were the case, but I haven’t seen them staff up over the last three weeks.”
