Pitango Gelato & Coffee coming to the Wharf next Spring!

605 Wharf Street, SW

Thanks to Alisa for sending from the Wharf.

From Pitango Gelato & Coffee:

“Pitango’s seventh location will be opening in the Wharf Spring 2024. This location will specialize in serving authentic Italian gelato and sorbets as well as a robust craft coffee menu with house-baked croissants, cookies and pastries.

All twenty rotating gelato flavors will be house-spun in our imported Italian Carpagiani batch freezer– a gelato making machine based on the model of one of the first automatic gelato makers developed by brothers Bruto and Poerio Carlo Carpigiani in 1944. Pitango’s newest location is located next door to Philippe Chow and Amaris Luxury Condominiums and will feature a beautiful waterfront patio.”

You can see their Adams Morgan menu here.

Lexi Grant, an operations manager at Well-Paid Maids, shared her go-to spring cleaning tips with WTOP News. Step one? Declutter. Get rid of items you don’t use, find space for items that need a home and organize those areas.

Then, it’s time to dust. Lexi starts with high-touch surface areas (think: refrigerator, dishwasher, counters, microwave). One area she sees often neglected is the bedroom — and it makes sense. Heavy furniture is difficult to move around, but it’s important to really get in there so dust doesn’t affect your sleep.
