Thanks to Brian for sending: “spotted this van in front of the Washington Plaza Hotel. What caught my eye was that front and back license plates were from mainland China which isn’t something we see in DC.
Beyond that, DC had issued the van a parking ticket against that Chinese plate. Wonder how far DC will get trying to collect that $50 fine?!?
Looks like the van is on some kind of worldwide journey but I couldn’t find info about it online.”
