“Next week kicks off Jaleo’s Gin & Tonic Festival, which runs from April 17-30. An ode to one of Jose Andres’ favorite cocktails, Jaleo is excited to celebrate the fascinating history of the drink which has united cultures and continents all over the world.

Menu

The following Gin & Tonic variations will be available throughout the festival:

Appetizer (Tanguery, Cynar, lemon juice, lavendar bitters, fever tree indian tonic)

Saints (Tangueray, ginger syrup, St Germain, chareau aloe vera liquor, fever tree indian tonic)

Ultimate (Hendrick’s Gin, Fever-Tree Indian tonic, makrut leaf, juniper, lemon, lime)

Mediterranean (Gin Mare, Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic, lemon, lime, thyme)

El Patriarca (Bol’s Genever, fever tree indian tonic)

Romeriìa (Perto de Indias Gin, Fever Tree Lemon Tonic, rosemary syrup)

Special tapas will also be offered:

Patatas bravas (Fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and aioli) 14

Berenjenas con miel (Fried eggplant with honey and lemon zest) 12
