I’m saving to replace the heat pump in a small 1BR condo in Glover Park. Trying to get it replaced before it dies so that I’m not scrambling.
The contractor will need a crane to get it onto the roof of a 3 story building.
Has anyone replaced their heat pump recently under similar circumstances?
If so, who did you use, would you recommend them, and would you be willing to share how much you paid? I’ve done this twice before, but both times it was an emergency and I think I really took a bath on the most recent install, which did not require a crane (different apartment) but set me back $10k.”
