This woman ignored the fence and NO DOG signs placed every few feet around the perimeter of a landscaped area and took a leisurely stroll inside so her pet could do its business. When I pointed out it was defecating RIGHT NEXT to a sign, she told me The Law doesn’t require her to comply.
Huh? How about common courtesy and an acknowledgment that one dog owner’s convenience is not more important than everyone else’s ability to enjoy a public area? The additional sign in the foreground even explains the reason for the prohibition — and probably why there was enough open space in there for her to walk around.”
