“Dear PoPville,
I was on a run late yesterday afternoon and encountered a large fox on Massachusetts Ave (near the corner of Mass Ave and Belmont Rd). When it saw me, it ran into the bushes, making me think I was in the clear. However, when I turned around the fox was running pretty close behind me.
It followed me for a few blocks and was pretty unsettling considering it was still early and there were plenty of street lights and cars whizzing by a few feet away. It’s a very busy road for an animal to be unalarmed like that. Has anyone else seen this fox? Wanted to spread the word so people stay alert!“
