The guy mentioned in this article from 2021 was staring into our house today (Friday, Nov. 18.)
We recently got our windows switched out and don’t have blinds on them all now. We are the end unit but have several vacants along the alley so typically are not worried about people looking into our house. I went into the downstairs bathroom and he was doing exactly what was described in this. Staring into my house and did nothing until my husband told him to leave. Hat and scarf the whole bit.
He claimed to be friends with the people at the construction site but they said they did not know him. Not sure what to do about this other than tell you so you can make sure people know to watch out.“
