In a rare twist of retail replacements, a new restaurant is taking over a former bank space instead of vice versa. The liquor license for Planta Queen says:
“Full-service, entirely plant-based restaurant with 120 seats and a Total Occupancy Load of 185. Summer Garden with 15 seats.”
