Thanks to Kendra for sharing: “It’s now a race to see which Mexican restaurant opens first on Pennsylvania Ave in Capitol Hill. Santa Rosa Taqueria or Zoca.”

Check out the menu from their Delaware location while we stand by for an opening date for Zoca. Zoca will be taking over the former Stanton and Greene space, previously the longtime home to Pour House.
