Thanks to Jessica for sending in the barbies standing with Ukraine.

“Dear PoPville,

I am working with some friends in Tblisi, Georgia who have Ukrainian roots to get medical supplies directly to hospitals in Zhytomyr. It is purely a grass-roots, community-based effort. The GoFundMe campaign, which includes the details on what we are trying to do, is here.”

COMEDY THEATER SHOW TO BENEFIT WCK / RELIEF EFFORTS IN UKRAINE 04.02.2022

You’re invited to come out for some laughs and entertainment, and to help raise funds for WCK’s relief efforts in Ukraine.
Thank you!

Jeff Korn, who has performed comedy for longer than he’d like to admit, is dedicating the premiere of his latest show, “Rubbing the Belly”, to raising funds for World Central Kitchen.
WCK is out there doing badass, angels on earth work in Ukraine (and globally).

100% of tickets sales will be donated to WCK.

We hope you’ll consider coming out to Fairfax for this special show! (is free parking enticing enough?)
If you’re not able to make it, and if it speaks to you, please consider donating to WCK either directly: www.wck.org or through our ticket sales: www.rubbingthebelly.com. Thank you.

We hope to see you there so this show may bring a comedy break to these craptastic times for about 90 minutes or so. And to show WCK and Ukraine some true love.

Show suitable for ages 18+. Proof of vaccination/mask required.”

And thanks to Mark for sending from the Gandhi statue on Mass. Ave.
