Scuttlebutt confirmed, it’s official: “sweetgreen’s new Penn Quarter location will be opening Monday, October 7. 100% of proceeds from opening day sales will benefit FoodCorps, the company’s sweetgreen in Schools partner to help reimagine the school cafeteria.”
