“Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in connection with a Lewd and Indecent Acts offense that occurred on Monday, February 11, 2019, in the 400 block of L Street, Northeast.
At approximately 8:00 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect exposed himself to the victim then committed a lewd act.
The suspect then fled the scene.
The suspect was captured by a nearby surveillance camera and can be seen in the video (above.)
Anyone who can identify this individual or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.”
