“Dear PoPville,
It’s been awhile since we had an update on the NoMa flasher. Well, he’s back, this time on L Street NE. Same description of the guy as previous posts. Last Monday he was on L Street NE near Abbey Place NE around 8:20am, and he had his dick out and was masturbating openly in public until I yelled at him to stop. Today, he was on L Street near 4th Street NE also around 8:15am and started to put his hands down his pants before I yelled at him again.
I’ve called MPD about these two incidents.
Also, I’m not sure if “NoMa flasher” is the right title anymore. He was full on masturbating when I saw him last Monday. It’s definitely not a quick show and run away type of situation.
Wanted to make sure others are aware.”
