“Dear PoPville,
I am the owner of Summit To Soul. I wanted to provide an update on the indecent exposure incident that occurred Monday night. Last night as my manager and I were leaving the shop at closing, we spotted the perpetrator from Monday night starting to do the exact same thing less than one block from my business on 8th street.
I immediately called 911 and flagged down an officer near Pennsylvania & 8th Street SE to report this incident and what I saw. While the officers from last night called me, and claimed they could not located the man tonight, I am shocked that someone committing these offenses is able to walk the same street 24 hours later.
I will continue to do everything I can to follow through on this case in hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone again. I plan to follow up with our councilman and other Capitol Hill resources. I am again at a lose for words that this individual was back walking the street with his hands in his pants tonight.”
