Cold Stone Creamery coming to former Secolari Olive Oil space in Cleveland Park

3509 Connecticut Ave, NW

Thanks to Kevin for sending the story from WTOP:

“Scottsdale, Arizona-based Cold Stone Creamery will open its eighth Washington-area location this summer in D.C.’s Cleveland Park neighborhood.

The ice cream chain has signed a lease for 1,400 square feet at Sam’s Park & Shop shopping center at 3503 Connecticut Ave. NW. It will replace Secolari Olive Oil at the property, owned by Rockville-based Federal Realty.”

Secolari closed back in April and Petco’s last day is January 23rd (Target coming.) Cleveland Park once had a Cold Stone Creamery located at 3508 Connecticut Ave, NW. That space is becoming a Pivot Physical Therapy.

Then, it’s time to dust. Lexi starts with high-touch surface areas (think: refrigerator, dishwasher, counters, microwave). One area she sees often neglected is the bedroom — and it makes sense. Heavy furniture is difficult to move around, but it’s important to really get in there so dust doesn’t affect your sleep.
