A liquor license placard has been posted for Shouk in Union Market:

“A new casual, quick-service restaurant, serving 100% vegetarian Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food. Seating capacity of 32 inside. Total Occupancy Load of 32. Sidewalk Café
with 16 seats. No entertainment, performances or dancing.”

Shouk is “expected to open in early 2018 in The Edison at Union Market District.”
