Last sold in 1999 for $386,500. with an $11,595. subsidy from the Seller, this semi-detached single family home in West of the Park Upper NW DC ended up being a nice deal at $989,000. for the current Buyer in 2017. The median net price for settled semi-detached houses in North Cleveland Park in 2017 so far is $1,100,250.

Kara Johnson, the Buyer’s agent, shared that the Buyer had been looking for just the right property to come along for the past two years. She pre-inspected before contract (a relatively common practice in this crazy competitive DC market), and wrote a very clean (few or no contingencies) offer. Kara described the home as “very well maintained” (which is a great kind of house to look out for) that had been “refreshed” but not extensively renovated.
