I went to lunch yesterday at Cafe Phillips on [1451] L Street (intersection of Vermont) and noticed the name has been changed to Nerds & Nibblers but the menu and offerings seem to be all the same.”
Ed. Note: Cafe Phillips closed their 12th and E St, NW location back in Feb. 2015. There is still a Cafe Phillips at 50 F St, NW.
