“A new addition is coming to the Atlas District in Washington, D.C. by Aphra Adkins and Seda Nak.   Officially opening Wednesday, June 10th at 11am, Adkins and Nak present, Akae, their lifestyle retail shop above Sally’s Middle Name at 1320 H Street Northeast.   The store’s curated retail items reflect their shared passion for home, family, motherhood, and design.  The duo is also excited to share pieces from Adkins’ own clothing collection, exclusively sold and carried at the boutique.  While primarily a retail shop, Akae will also be utilized to host community-focused events, and pop-ups for local artists and designers.
 
Please stop by for some retail therapy and meet the shopkeepers! They are looking forward to getting to know their neighbors and patrons.
