Update on Georgetown’s Washington Harbour Ice Rink from an email:
“Warm-delay: The rink plans to open this Saturday at noon, now that this colder weather is helping chill the ice.”
Ed. Note: Canal Park in Navy Yard opened last Saturday and National Gallery of Art opened today at 10am.
