Yesterday we learned National Gallery of Art Ice Rink opens next Friday, November 14th. More good news:

Canal Park’s website says:

“The Canal Park Ice Rink will open for the season on Saturday, November 8, 2014 (2nd and M St, SE).

Hours of Operation:
Monday & Tuesday: 12pm-7pm
Wednesday: 12pm-9pm
Thursday & Friday: 12pm-9pm
Saturday: 11am-10pm
Sunday: 11am-7pm

​Prices:
Adults: $9.00
Children/Seniors/Military: $8.00
Skate Rental: $4.00″

“Washington Harbour is preparing its outdoor ice rink for the season and expected to open for public skating by Friday, November 14, weather permitting. Until March 2015, the rink will be open every day, including all holidays, for recreational skating and also offers individual and group lessons for all skill levels, birthday parties, private events, and special events. This will be the rink’s third season of operation, receiving accolades and thousands of skaters since it opened in late 2012. Located on the Georgetown waterfront at 3000 K Street, NW, Washington, DC, the Washington Harbour Ice Rink has iconic views of the Potomac River and a glittering nighttime atmosphere, surrounded by restaurants for indoor and outdoor dining. At 11,800 square feet, the Washington Harbour Ice Rink is the largest outdoor skating venue in Washington, DC

Ice Skating Rates – 2014-2015 Season:
Adults: $10.00; Children/Seniors/Military: $9.00; Skate Rental: $5.00; Season Pass: $175.00 (includes skate rental). Birthday Parties, Group Rates, and Private Rentals are also available.
Hours of Operation – 2014-2015 Season:
Monday – Tuesday: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday – Thursday: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.”
