I’m sad to report that another Mom & Pop place is closing in DC. The GreenBee Cafe is a woman-owned business and has been serving people in the Dupont South/Golden Triangle area since 2008. Their last day will be Thursday Oct. 29th. Hours are 10am – 2pm.
I’ve been going there for years. They make the best omelettes in town.
I would eat one every day but my doctor would question my battle with cholesterol.
Stop by and say hello to Teri and the staff. They’re all good people being forced to close after almost two decades.
