Street parking is present in the direction of the right arrow on the Parking sign but turning right to get to it isn’t allowed, as indicated by the left turn only sign (because Irving Street is one way).”
Is it possible the parking sign was posted before the street became one way? Has Hiatt been one while for a while now? I’m blanking…
