The master clock at the U.S. Naval Observatory (sometimes referred to as “the atomic clock”) appears to be broken. At least, the digital display on Massachusetts Avenue is. I’m sure the actual clock itself is fine, just fine, absolutely fine, this is fine! 6 second video:
