there is an army of dc row trucks towing everyone’s cars in shaw!
they’ve been blasting their sirens and announcing over the speaker that everyone’s car is being towed
looks like the city posted a sign at 8pm last night to move cars, i need to go see the sign. however seems like they clearly knew they would be towing cars considering they came prepared with 8 tow trucks at 7am on a saturday!
all the cars are gone now, and all that happened is that they cleaned the street for about 5 mins after. terrible!! they did not give sufficient notice whatsoever
i just feel so bad for everyone, bc the signs weren’t posted until late last night.”

“Police supervising the parade route were unmoved by residents like me saying that the signs were only posted last night and there hadn’t been 72 hours notice before towing began. “File a complaint,” said one officer.”
