I wanted to share that there is a 5’11’’ white guy with brown hair walking around Adams Morgan threatening women. This morning he verbally harassed me,
then physically intimidated me and my dog. He videotaped the encounter as I consistently asked him to stop and to leave us alone. He mentioned that he’d been watching us at the dog park. He was wearing a black face mask, sunglasses, a hat, and blue gray shirt. He has a normal build. Stay aware and safe.”
