1250 U Street, NW previously home to Starbucks

“Emmy French Corner, a new French patisserie and café, will open at 1250 U Street NW this Saturday.
From Nabil Moharram, the owner of Pizzarro at 5th and U, the shop will also offer made-to-order cakes.
The owners signed a 10-year lease with EastBanc for the 1,250-square-foot space, formerly Starbucks.”
