My girlfriend was approached by the coffee predator on Tuesday 11th March on K st, NW, and thankfully told him to go away.
This guy needs to be stopped. He’s been doing this for years and clearly has unpleasant motives- I know people have had extremely vulgar messages from him when he’s been able to get their phone number. Are there, say, 3 things the community could recommend people do if approached? I don’t know:
1) be ready to say no to strangers
2) take a picture and say you’re reporting him to the police
3) get to a busy shop or other safe place
That’s just an idea I’m sure there are police who would recommend 3 better actions. But this guy has all the hallmarks of someone who is going to continue taking advantage of women, possibly to a bad end.”
