“The day after it was posted to PoPville (Dec 5) and 2000+ days after the May 2019 work order to fix this “net” was opened, DPR came out and fixed ONLY the goal nets – not the big safety “net” designed to keep balls and kids out of the street.
A DPR official told me the problem was with the definition of a “net” and this non-net is a problem that can’t be solved without action from DGS. Two adjacent nets on the same field managed by two different DC agencies.”
