Reserved a space at the brand new Reservoir Park for Sunday October 20th 3 to 5 pm. DPR called to confirm and took a $20 deposit plus charged $50. Arrived at Reservoir Park to find the facility is closed on Sunday.
DPR is declining my refund because
they state that I rented a table and chairs “outside” even though there are no tables and chairs marked “reservation only” and all tables and chairs were occupied.
I had chosen to rent a space because this was a family event and I wanted access to restrooms which is not possible when the building is locked.
Definitely worth a heads up that your reservation at Reservoir Park includes no building access, no designated space, and no support and they may or may not refund your $20 deposit based on the state of the facility when they show up the next day.”
